When terminating copper cables and wires, the use of pin terminals improves connection safety and durability. They are designed for use with screw terminals and the pin contact has a diameter of 2 mm.

Crimp terminals are used to terminate stranded wire and are widely used in control cabinets, electrical switchgear, and many other places. They are applied onto a wire and crimped using a special crimp tool, producing a neat terminated end which is often then connected to another terminal or fixing.
