When terminating copper cables and wires, the use of insulated ring terminals improves connection safety and durability. These terminals have a ring with a hole diameter of 10.5 mm, making them suitable to use with an M10 stud size.

Crimp terminals are used to terminate stranded wire and are widely used in control cabinets, electrical switchgear, and many other places. They are applied onto a wire and crimped using a special crimp tool, producing a neat terminated end which is often then connected to another terminal or fixing.
