1A plug top fuse (BS 1362). BS 1362 fuses protect the cables connected to domestic equipment against overloads and small overcurrents. They may be used in appropriate single-phase installations. 3A are colour-coded red, 13A are colour-coded brown while all other rating inbetween are colour-coded black.
