Guardmaster 440N sensaguard RFID non-contact switch, 24V DC, 2 NC, micro M12 connection. This highly reliable switch is designed for installation on safety guards and gates and prevents personnel from accessing unsafe areas by instantly cutting the supply power to machinery when the barrier is opened. It is well suited for applications such as hinge, sliding, and lift-off machine guard doors. It has a large sensing range and tolerance to door misalignment to optimise safety guard stability and security. LED indication on the switch offers fast diagnostics for switch status, fault finding, and margin alignment, which minimises downtime. This switch allows immediate opening of the guard door as there is no physical contact required with the actuator, and risk of debris contamination is also reduced.
