Guardmaster 440N ferrogard magnetic non-contact switch, 24V DC, 1 NC, 2M cable. These magnetically actuated non-contact safety switches are specially designed to be installed on guard doors and work by immediately cutting off the power supply to a machine when the safety guard or gate is opened, thereby restricting unsafe access for personnel to a hazardous area. The magnetic actuator is removed from the switch when the door is released, which then opens the NC safety contacts. They offer reliability and a high tolerance to misalignment due to their large sensing field. Slim retangular ABS housing, making it ideal for narrow mounting areas.
