Guardmaster 440N coded magnetic non-contact switch, 24V DC, 2 NC, 3M cable. This magnetically coded non-contact interlock switch combines several magnetically sensitive elements which must be activated in a specific order to work correctly. The MC1 switch is designed to meet the risks of more complex safety guard monitoring applications. It will limit personnel access to hazardous areas where machinery is in motion by removing power to the motor when the barrier is opened. This sensor is exceptionally versatile and simple to install due to its moulded-in brackets and small size. For high-risk applications a control unit is used with a single sensor to provide a high-integrity system. For other applications, multiple sensors (including mechanical switches) can be connected. It has high tolerance to door misalignment due to its wide sensing range, ensuring enhanced stability and security for your equipment.
